2.0 oz Rosemary Grapefruit Tonic Cordial
1.5 oz Rock Town Gin
0.25 oz Cocchi Americano
Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a goblet glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit half and rosemary sprig.
