2 oz Rock Town Basil Vodka

0.25 oz Pear Shrub**

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Velvet Falernum

0.5 oz Cranberry Juice


Pour ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a tulip glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and brandied cherry.

**Pear Shrub: Add 3-6 quartered pears (skin on), 2 star anise pods, 6 crushed cinnamon sticks, 15 grams sliced fresh ginger, and 2 cups granulated sugar to an airtight container and secure lid. Shake container vigorously until contents are evenly distributed. Let sit for 24 hours at room temperature. After the 24 hours is up, pour 2 cups apple cider vinegar into the same container and stir. Strain all contents through cheesecloth. Shelf stable for 4-6 weeks.
