Barrel Aged Gin

1.5 oz Barrel Aged Brandon’s Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup**
0.5 oz Strawberry Syrup**
0.25 oz Lavender Ube
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower.
**Honey Syrup: 2 Cups sugar 1 Cup honey 2 cups Hot water. Combine and stir until honey is dissolved.
**Strawberry Syrup: 2.5 Cups frozen strawberries 2.5 cups water 1.5 cups sugar. Add all ingredients to a pot and heat until sugar is melted and reaches a boil. Strain and cool
